The competition to design the headquarters of Berhan Bank in Addis Ababa aimed to centralise all departments in one building and create state-of-the-art facilities with a prestigious design. The result is a building that embodies the bank's vision and is a symbol of a growing, aspiring company.
The refurbishment concept of the Florido Tower in Vienna Floridsdorf, built in 2000, was conceived with the keywords: lively, active, personal and close to nature. Our idea was to incorporate nature around the Florido Tower into the planning and to actively create a connection to the nearby green oases of the Danube through the use of wood and generous greenery.
Ideas are only as good as their potential to master challenges and fulfil needs. That's why we let projects emerge on a virtual level at a very early planning stage, so that we can take your wishes into account in the best possible way. We are not only designers but also project managers. As our client, you can be sure that you will receive a solution that is as creative in design as it is professional in execution.

Directly in the centre of Klosterneuburg, a recreational oasis with attractive, bright flats and future-oriented energy use was to be realised. In the course of the project, an existing property was renovated and its roof and façade were renewed. Other parts of the building were newly built and green areas were enlarged.
To create a unique cosmopolitan club in Vienna, two underground floors of a former nightclub, Palais Palffy, were completely reinterpreted and transformed. The design concept of the new venue is Mannerist. Mannerism, which in a historical context always represents a time of change and is equated with keywords such as unusual, ornate, artificial or abstruse, is currently topical again. In the spirit of this topicality, this room was designed with breaks in style and opulence, but with high-quality materials such as marble and the finest fabrics and wallpapers from House of Hackney London.
We developed a concept and design for a new station waiting area on behalf of ÖBB. The goal is to introduce this waiting area nationwide throughout Austria. The initial project was the station in St. Johann in Tyrol, where we implemented a pilot project. Based on the successful model of this waiting area, further station waiting rooms have already been realised at various locations such as Zell am See, Feldkirch and Vienna Meidling.
