The YOUNIQ Vienna TrIIIple is located directly on Erdberger Lände in Vienna's 3rd district. In one of the three TrIIIple Towers planned by Henke Schreieck, we have planned 35 floors of customised living space for students and professionals of different ages for YOUNIQ Vienna. The special feature of the YOUNIQ Vienna TrIIIple is the unique living concept, which consists of a combination of individual micro-apartments and shareable community areas. This concept creates a perfect balance between private living space and public areas that promote social interaction among the residents.
Playing with contrasts
The unique look of the YOUNIQ Vienna TrIIIple results from the mixture of different design elements, optics and materials. The deliberate play with contrast is the focus here. Exposed ceilings, visible pipes and "rough" walls meet a lot of wood, colourful furniture and large-scale artwork by Emanuel Jesse.
Basically, the furnishings are practical, uncomplicated and modern. Nevertheless, the interior design of the Community Spaces is more striking than that of the Micro Apartments. Vintage-style armchairs next to DIY-style tables are reminiscent of the classic "thrown-together" student look. Soft sofas, beanbags, cushions, carpets and pleasant lighting create a cosy atmosphere. The different styles complement each other perfectly and merge into an exciting, cheerful and at the same time cosy living landscape.
Leisure rooms and community areas
Various community spaces are spread across the storeys. For example, a community kitchen, a gaming lounge, a cinema or a roof terrace invite you to relax and make new contacts or simply enjoy what is on offer.
The idea was to create diverse, different leisure spaces within the 700 m² community areas, which functionally stand on their own and are also distinguished from each other by their individual design. In the process, "little worlds" were created, each of which has a distinct appearance, but which are connected with each other in the overarching stylistic concept.
Micro-apartments
671 micro-apartments of various sizes are grouped around the inner core of the building. All flats are equipped with a private bathroom, a high-quality kitchen, a bed, a desk and more. The furnishings are perfectly tailored to today's fast-paced times. Compact, simple but cozy, the flats still leave room for individual design and offer a great view over Vienna.
