Architecturally, the new building continues the design language of its predecessor while further developing it to complement the area both functionally and visually. The podium level houses retail spaces, dining options, and a variety of amenities, including informal areas for interaction and social exchange. The upper floors feature flexible office spaces designed to accommodate diverse requirements and modern working models.
Building Arrangement
The design is characterized by its clear, dynamic structure. Two volumes interlock harmoniously, forming a cohesive building mass that creates interesting sightlines and generous outdoor spaces. This arrangement allows for a vibrant "Summer Garden" as well as two streets passing beneath the building. Façade louvers change appearance depending on the viewing angle, emphasize elegant horizontal lines, and appear solid at the building ends. Terracotta-colored elements and glass give the façade a modern yet warm appearance, highlighting the distinctive identity of the ensemble.

The height of O2 is deliberately aligned with that of its predecessor to ensure a harmonious overall appearance.
