Our competition entry

In the center of our concept is a new residential building as well as a new retirement home with space for administration as well as recreation rooms. Next to these buildings in the middle of the park will be a kindergarden as connection between young and old. The residential building will include accomodation units as well as space for recreation rooms on the roof. A park connects this residential building with the retirement home.
